Christmas eve dinner menu

In Umbria, Christmas Eve dinner is traditionally a light meal with no meat. This dinner precedes the Midnight Mass which is often followed by a slice of panettone! During Christmast Eve dinnerwe’ll  offer to Cerretino’s guests  a special menu meatless with fish dishes and winter vegetables dominate. We’ll offer you a good occasion to taste, old receipts,  italian warm atmosphere and ancestral traditions! Join us!

Appetizers
“Bruschetta” withCerretino’s Extravirgin Olive Oil, “bruschetta”  with Trasimeno beans, “bruschetta”  with black truffle and bruschetta  with smoked herring, green crostino with marinated leek and tuna, red crostin with spicy  tomato,  white crostino with anchovies and capers, cheese with Cerretino’s honey,  and “ ciaccia sul panaro” (a kind of homemade flat bread) .

The pasta course
Yellow soupwith Cascia’s saffron, Colfiorito’s potatoes and Cannara’s onions, toasted bread and Cerretino’s Extravirgin Olive Oil.
Second course
- Fried cod with fried vegetables and  mixed salad.

Dessert
-“Castagnole” with Cerretino’s honey and Vin Santo, torrone.

Water, white and red Cerretino’s wine, Vin Santo, coffee, liqueurs.
